Easterseals Western and Central Pennsylvania (ESWCPA) leads the way to 100% equity, inclusion for children and adults with disabilities, their families, and caregivers in 47 counties across Pennsylvania. ESWCPA accomplishes its mission through well-designed programs, based on best practices, including early intervention and autism services, enhanced by medical rehabilitation assistance, workforce training and job placement, community residential living, camping and recreation opportunities, early childhood education among a myriad of other services.

Easterseals Western and Central Pennsylvania had its beginnings in 1935, where it provided services for children with disabilities in the Southwestern Region of Pennsylvania. We now provide serves and programs in 47 out of 67 counties in the state. Learn about our history here.
