Approved Private School Program

The Easterseals Western and Central Pennsylvania Linda Lanham Zeszutek School Program specializes in providing quality individualized special education and therapy services to both Early Intervention (ages 3-5) and School Age children (ages 5-10) with autism and multiple disabilities.  

• 3 school sites are conveniently located in the tri-county (Allegheny, Butler, and Westmoreland) area, which allow students to be educated close to home and provide regular opportunities for interaction with typical peers from within the community
• Small class size of approximately 6 students per room provide individualized instruction designed specifically to meet each student’s educational and therapeutic needs
• Offering a full-day, traditional school year calendar
• An Extended School Year program offered during mornings in July for qualifying students
• Traditional therapies and innovative interventions integral to the daily schedule

When you are the parent of a child with disabilities, entrusting your child with others can be challenging, and choosing the right educational placement takes careful planning. Whether you are anticipating your child’s first school experience or are transitioning from early intervention to school age services, Easterseals welcomes you to visit any of our school sites.  During your visit you will have the opportunity to learn about our programs and services and discuss how Easterseals can meet your child’s educational needs.

Easterseals wants to assure that parents are provided with answers to their questions and all the information they need to inspire trust and confidence in the professionals who will be educating their child should they choose to enroll in the Linda Lanham Zeszutek School Program.
